Windrose is a survival adventure set in an alternative Age of Piracy. You're a captain who dares to challenge Blackbeard: build, craft and survive on land, then take to the sea in a ship you've fitted out yourself, from a nimble ketch to a monstrous frigate.
Trade cannon fire or close in for boarding actions, step straight from ship to shore, and explore procedurally generated islands with over a hundred hand-crafted dungeons and challenging bosses. It's PvE: you and your crew against the sea, its creatures and the dark powers on the horizon.
Every legend begins with a reckless crossing.

Windrose is in Early Access on Steam, so it's still growing. Updates can bring big changes, and our Discord posts when the server updates.
Is there PvP? +
No. Windrose is PvE: players crew up against the world, not each other.
How do I join? +
